Early bird registration, with a reduced fee, will be available from the opening of the registration period until 25 March 2026. From that date onwards, all registration fees will be increased by 75 €.
Registrations completed during the early bird period must be paid before 25 March 2026. Payments received after this date will be considered late registrations, and an additional charge of 75 € will be applied (equivalent to the early bird discount).
Participants whose payment is processed through their institution or organization must take into account the internal time required to authorize the expense and should complete their registration sufficiently in advance.
To ensure the proper organization and feasibility of the oral communication sessions, all participants who have been assigned an oral presentation must complete their registration during the early bird period (before 25 March 2026).
